Track how long you have been smoke-free and keep that progress in front of you.
The original My Last Cigarette software from Mastersoft, turning quit-smoking progress into visible milestones.
First created in 1999, My Last Cigarette uses the smoking information you enter to display continuously changing progress indicators, including time smoke-free, cigarettes avoided and estimated savings.
My Last Cigarette has existed in various forms since 1999. Its central idea is simple: visible progress can be motivating. The app tracks practical milestones such as time smoke-free, cigarettes not smoked and estimated money saved.
It also presents estimated health-related indicators based on the personal information and smoking history you enter, alongside motivational facts and messages. These estimates are for general information and motivation and are not a substitute for professional medical advice.
Each platform has its own page with the features and download information relevant to that edition.
